TULSA, Okla. —

Police believe the same man robbed two different people leaving church Thursday night in east Tulsa.

Each incident happened about a block apart near 21st and 129th.

Officials said the first call came from a man who said someone pointed a gun at his head and demanded money as he left Eastland Baptist Church.

The second call came from a nearby Korean church.

Many said they were disappointed to see churchgoers robbed, especially near Easter weekend.

“It’s wrong. It’s totally wrong. It’s church. You aren’t supposed to be scared or looking around seeing who is going to attack,” one person told FOX23.
