A couple months ago, Carrie Underwood took a "hard fall" outside her house and hurt her wrist. Now, she's revealed that she also had to get 40-50 stitches on her face and says she's "not quite looking the same." Carrie hadn't posted a photo of herself since the accident in November, until a week ago. But even in the new photo, her face is wrapped in a scarf.

Reality star Adrienne Gang did post a photo with Carrie on Twitter after they worked out together in mid-December, and Carrie looks great to us! Adrienne said that she had no idea that Carrie had been injured.
