Those that live & work along the 2-lane stretch of 91st St between Mingo and Memorial know that it can be tough to get around some days, but all of that is about to change.
A new project kicks off this month (January 2025) with the goal of widening 91st St to 5 lanes between Mingo and Memorial, adding bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides, as well as traffic light upgrades and stormwater drainage improvements.
It’ll be a big project that takes nearly 2 years with completion set for January 2027. 🚧
