Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco is engaged to accomplished equestrian, Karl Cook! PERFECT - since "Cuoco" is apparently Italian for "Cook!" WHAT ARE THE ODDS?! PS- You HAVE to watch the proposal below! Kaley breaks down into complete tears of happiness! 

Who knew my prior post was oracular. Well after nearly two years I finally got up the courage to ask her to marry me. This is the best night of my life and I think the video shows it is the best night for kaley as well.....of she said yes!!!!!

TMZ spotted Matt Lauer out and about for the first time since he got fired from NBC. He was running errands in the Hamptons and actually seemed to be in a pretty chipper mood. For what it's worth, he's still wearing his wedding ring. TMZ
