Arkansas Offers New Residents $10,000 and a Free Bike

The Northwest Arkansas Council’s Life Works Here Initiative is offering people $10,000 plus a free bicycle for relocating to that area. Apparently, $10K alone wasn’t enough to entice people into living in “The Natural State” but if you throw in two-wheeled transportation, that seals the deal. Read all about it HERE.
