Palmer, 29, revealed her baby bump for the first time on live television, the Los Angeles Times reported.

“There’s some rumors going around,” Palmer told the audience. “People have been in my comments saying, ‘Keke’s having a baby. Keke’s pregnant.’ And I wanna set the record straight: I am.”

Palmer then ripped open her long jacket to prove her point.

“I gotta say, though, it is bad when people on the internet spread rumors about you y’all, but it’s even worse when they’re correct,” Palmer said. “I mean, like, I was trying so hard to keep it on the down-low, ‘cause I got a lot of stuff going on, you know?

“But honestly this has been the biggest blessing, and I am so excited. Guys, I’m going to be a mom.”

Palmer is expecting her first child with her boyfriend of more than a year, Darius Daulton Jackson, the Times reported. Jackson shared an Instagram video of Palmer celebrating behind the scenes at the weekly variety show.

Palmer has kept her private life under wraps. In March 2020, she gave her reasons during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

“I don’t really do relationship stuff online, mainly because I don’t know how I would do it without looking, like, cheesy or something, you know?” Palmer said. “Yes, I’m 100% authentic, but there is stuff that I do save for family and friends.”
